Sales Simulation This technique is used to simulate consumer behavior in different buying situations. It can be applied in the following ways: Simulation at the point-of-purchase: A certain amount of money is given to consumers so they can shop at an establishment, then an analysis of what they bought is carried out. Simulation at the point-of-purchase: A small establishment is recreated at a store and will be used only for the sales simulations mentioned above. Sales simulation: After specifying the type of product that should be bought, an evaluation is made of consumer behavior as it applies to the different brands.
